I've been working as a laptop technician since 2008 in various companies. I've strong knowledge of diagnosing various laptop brands, such as a Apple and Dell. Coming to my education background, I hold a degree in computer science. After completion of computer science, I started working as a Support engineer at Apple MacBook. Their I learned various things about Apple laptop, like - configuration, tricks, troubleshooting, etc. I worked in apple.com for almost 10 years.

Then, later in 2019, I started working as an IT engineer at Dell.com. Now, I've recently joined crapytech.com as a technician blogger for apple users. Here, I talk about various products of apple, like- mac, MacBook, iPhone, etc.
